Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans purchased through Miruiq (operated by Acosom GmbH). By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the terms outlined below.

No Refunds

All payments made for Miruiq subscription plans are final and non-refundable. This applies to monthly subscription fees, plan upgrades, and any other charges associated with your account.

Since we offer a free trial period that allows you to evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan, refunds are not provided once a paid subscription has been activated.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will continue to have full access to all features and your remaining document quota until that date.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
  • Once the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free plan. You retain full access to the application, your configurations, and your data; you simply cannot process new documents.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with up to 200 documents so you can evaluate Miruiq before subscribing. No payment information is required to start a free trial. If you do not subscribe after the trial period, your account reverts to the free plan; you keep access to the application and your data, but document processing is no longer available.
